Turn On/Off Charge. No Charge.
Re-issue Water Certificates. No Water Certificates
Annual Assessments. $15.00/quarter for all parcels hooked up or not.

Turn On/Off Charge. $75.00 per occurrence.
Re-issue Water Certificates. $125.00. Do need to surrender old stock certificates or do additional paperwork if certificates are lost.
Annual Assessments. $35.00/lot for all parcels. If 2 consecutive lot numbers, $35.00 for both.
Unused Hookup. Doesn’t apply – charges are included in quarterly assessment.

Monthly Water Fees. $15.00 up to 25,000 gallons
Turn On/Off Charge. $10.00 per occurrence. Applies mostly to seasonal residents.
Re-issue Water Certificates. $25.00 on concurrent multi-lot parcels, $20.00 for single lots.
Annual Assessments. $20.00/year for parcels not yet hooked up.
Unused Hookup. $5.00/mo./lot for vacant lots with hookup – this is in addition to the $20.00/year assessment paid by all property owners.
